Occasions when I have taken on leadership roles throughout my life, before my industrial experience at Plug Power:
Co-ran a team that brought a 44-player, three-day theater-style live-action role-playing event to the RPI campus in 1998. It was very successful, and established the activity at RPI.
Worked on group design projects in several RPI courses; often led these teams.
Headed a five-person group as part of a 15 person design team in "Engineering Modeling and Design".
Captain of Springfield High School Computer Programming Team:
recruited an entirely new team that placed third out of 40 area schools, and first out of 12.
Have organized and captained several intramural volleyball teams at RPI; created and ran the Warren Hall Ping-Pong League in my dorm in 1991.
